Installation

Through regular training, research and client feedback, our team of engineers stay up to date with the latest product knowledge and customer service skills to not only ensure the most thorough installation process, but also the friendliest interactions. Our team of engineers partake in frequent Health and Safety refreshers to keep them aware of the safest working practices for the benefit of you, themselves and others.

All engineers comply with and work to the specific health and safety requirements of a number of industries, whilst comprehensive Method Statements and Risk Assessments are produced regularly. All our installations are backed up by a maintenance/emergency 24hour call out package.

In addition our dedicated service department, in conjunction with our out of hours Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), provides you with a 365 day, 24 hour, 4 hour emergency call out service

Maintenance

All our installations are backed up by a maintenance/emergency 24 hour call-out package.
No matter how great your security equipment is, maintenance is a key aspect of ensuring your site’s safety. Simple problems such as general wear and tear, old batteries, leaky pipes and more can cause huge problems by interrupting your security system and leaving you vulnerable.
We make sure to take that stress away by offering regular maintenance checks on your security system so that you can be sure everything is working as it should be, and that it continues to comply with insurance policies, legal policies and health & safety regulations.

Our service engineers are highly experienced and receive ongoing training to keep them fully abreast of the latest developments and products. They hold substantial spares in service vehicles and can source additional where needed. We can also store increased critical spares at larger sites if needed.
We provide you with a single point of contact while our 24hour manned station handles control of the service engineers which can be sent out around the clock.
We offer bespoke maintenance contracts which can be tailored to suit your particular requirements. Typical schedules are quarterly or six monthly but this can be increased in frequency depending on how critical the site is.
